EveraTREAT™ Product Family

EveraTREAT™ MEGA

Packaged Wastewater Treatment System

EveraTREAT™ MEGA is a Factory-assembled, Multi-tank Wastewater Treatment System designed for larger flows where Durability, Simplified Installation, and Expandability matter.

Capacity range
25,000 GPD – 100,000 GPD
Configuration
Multi-Tank, Single-Train
Controls
PLC + HMI (remote-ready)

Why EveraTREAT™ MEGA

Customizable, more features, and increased capability—without a concrete tank farm.

2-Tank Single-Train Treatment

Incorporates Pretreatment, Flow Equalization, IFAS Aerobic Treatment, Secondary Clarification, and Waste Sludge Storage in a single integrated train.

Advanced Controls Included

MEGA systems include PLC + HMI controls for remote monitoring, alarms, and control—plus data logging/trending for reporting and reduced operator time.

Corrosion-resistant SRTP Construction

Structurally Reinforced Thermoplastic (SRTP) tanks resist corrosion unlike concrete and steel treatment systems, engineered for long service life.

Upgrade to Advanced Treatment

MEGA can be delivered using Advanced Biological Treatment processes such as MLE or Multi-Stage ENR/BNR applications. Add Tertiary Filtration and Disinfection for Reuse/Reclamation.

Designed for Install Speed

Factory-complete Electrical, Pumping, and Aeration Systems—delivered integrated with site-specific installation drawings including Anti-flotation, Yard Piping & Electrical, and Backfill Specifications.

Installation Overview

Delivered by truck, set by crane (larger packages), and installed per the project’s site-specific drawings.

Site Prep

  • Excavate per installation drawings
  • Prepare compacted aggregate subbase or concrete pad
  • Concrete pads can be incorporated into anti-flotation design

Pick & Set

  • System delivered by truck
  • Crane used for larger tank/equipment packages
  • Tanks set on prepared subbase; partial backfill as required

Backfill & Connections

  • Follow installation guide lift/backfill procedures
  • 24" stone envelope next to tank; compacted native soils beyond
  • Yard piping & yard electrical installed as backfill nears completion
  • Tanks filled with clean water during backfill (per guide)

Typical Timeline

Installation and setup time is commonly in the 2 to 4 weeks range (varies by system size and installer capability), inclusion of upgrade options such as stand-alone pump stations, modular equipment buildings, disinfection systems, etc will increase installation time.
