Modular Packaged Wastewater Treatment System
The EveraTREAT™ MINI is a modular packaged wastewater treatment system designed as a turnkey wastewater treatment solution with a single-tank IFAS biological process. This factory-complete unit simplifies installation and supports decentralized wastewater needs from 2,500 GPD to 25,000 GPD.
Reduce field complexity while improving durability and long-term performance.
Eliminates the need for multiple tanks for a single treatment system. Reduces field piping and electrical requirements, which eliminates installation risks.
Structurally Reinforced Thermoplastic (SRTP) tank resists corrosion compared to concrete and steel treatment systems.
Electrical controls, pumping systems, and aeration systems are factory installed, tested, and ready for operation when delivered.
Lightweight tank construction simplifies offloading and placement. Simply connect inlet/outlet piping and make a single power connection to begin commissioning.
Options include Influent/Effluent Pumping, Tertiary Filtration, Disinfection, Modular Equipment Buildings, and Remote Monitoring & Control.
A straightforward flow path built around IFAS Biological Treatment .
Smaller MINI systems (up to 12,500 GPD) use Trash Tanks. At 15,000 GPD and above, systems transition to Sludge Digesters (SDs) to improve efficiency and reduce pump-and-haul costs.
Pumps, Blowers, and Controls are positioned for serviceability and use common spare parts. The goal: reduce specialized field skills and shorten maintenance downtime.
Standard package for typical secondary treatment, plus upgrade paths when needed.
Standard equipment configurations typically cover applications with flow rates ranging from 2,500 GPD to 25,000 GPD.
Advanced treatment systems can be custom-designed for nutrient removal (nitrogen and phosphorus). Contact INFRASTRUCTURE DYNAMICS to speak with a Process Engineer regarding nutrient-removal requirements.
Right-sized packaged treatment for small to mid-scale decentralized needs.
